Accounts Receivable (AR) Contractor

Independent Contractor | Remote

Work Force, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR/AP) Contractor to support payment coordination for International Legal Services Limited (ILSL), a UK-based company with U.S. clients.

In this role, you will assist with the collection, tracking, and coordination of authorized client payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper reporting. You will operate under clear company instructions and established internal controls, with no discretionary authority over funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate receipt of authorized client payments through approved channels
  • Track and document receivables accurately
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices or balances per company procedures
  • Record all activity in the company’s reporting system
  • Escalate discrepancies or issues as required
Contractor Status
  • This is a W-9 independent contractor role
  • You are responsible for your own taxes and filings
  • No employee benefits or withholdings are provided
Compensation
  • $2,000 fixed monthly base compensation
  • 5% commission on successfully processed receivables
  • 10% commission after transition to business account

High-performing contractors may be eligible for long-term engagement and operational support, including coordination for a professionally affiliated LLC to support higher transaction volumes. This role offers predictable base income, performance-based upside, and a streamlined operational scope.

Full-Time | Remote

Work Force, LLC is currently seeking focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing data management team. This role is essential to our legal support operations, ensuring high-quality data integrity for our international partners.

Training & Evaluation Phase

All successful candidates will enter a 2-week paid training and evaluation phase. This period is designed to integrate you into our specific legal workflows and evaluate performance for long-term placement.

Role Overview

  • Accurately enter and update client information in digital databases.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure record consistency.
  • Manage confidential documents with strict adherence to privacy protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Team to resolve data discrepancies.
Compensation

$19.00 – $25.00 / hour

Starting rate determined by experience level and initial assessment.
